One our favorite hometown eateries. Cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. The food is always delicious. Tonight we dined on the Hawaiian Fajitas and they were phenomenal! The pictures don't do this meal justice!

Food was good, portions were generous, service was very friendly. I’ll go back again!

This place was a surprise. For the location, it feels pretty authentic with a family run feel! All of the tacos we had were delicious, tortillas feel handmade and have great texture. The salsas also were a hit. Menu seems a bit unececessarily extensive but other than that we had a great meal. Note: when they say large horchata they mean LARGE!

Place is a good place for some tacos. A bit on the steep side with the prices, but it's the best place to get tacos in Dunlap. Their Aguas Frescas are nice and refreshing as well. Have introduced many peers to the location and all have gave good comments on the quality.

Taqueria La Rancherita; We enjoyed lunch here the other day, on the recommendation of a dear friend. it’s our first visit but certainly won’t be our last. The food was great! The service couldn’t have been better!! With the addition, they now have plenty of seating. Thank y’all for giving us a great place to enjoy a meal. Update; 22.07.21 This has quickly become our “go to” restaurant for Mexican food. Both the food and service is always the best. But I’ve got to say that last evening (21JUL21), we were served by Carlos, and I can’t help but mention that very few times in my life have I ever received the level of Execptional service that Carlos provided for our table. He was so attentive to our every want. Carlos is an excellent server, who obviously enjoys his job caring for customers.

I stopped here almost solely because of the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. Especially the guacamole and the green sauce. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in Dunlap with a friend for 2 weeks and this became our go to spot. Loved to see an authentic Mexican establishment with authentic options for the true connoisseurs. The Mexican waters (aguas) are yummy here - the Jamaica (Hibiscus) is our favorite with the Horchata (Rice and Cinnamon) being 2nd. We were excited to see the chile toreados (grilled jalapeños) on menu - they were so delicious and the cebollines (grilled spring onions) these are hard to catch on menus and are so melt in your mouth perfect. The choriqueso dip can be hit or miss on the cheese to sausage ratio but always good in flavor. The chunky guacamole was just right and definitely a must to order. One day we ordered the kids menu cheeseburger since the kids were in the mood and we will definitely be skipping this option - it wasn't good at all. The Al pastor nachos were great! - I added the house guacamole to this dish and it was fabulous. All the Mexican style street tacos (small corn tortilla shell served with meat option and fresh cilantro and diced onions) were fantastic as well - a couple times they were too salty but forgivable. The alambre was a big portion and delectable as well, especially that crispy bacon.

This is the tastiest Mexican place in town. The staff is super friendly and cordial, my husband is always up to have some steak and chicken fajitas I love some good lengua or steak tacos, but we both truly enjoy the Molcajete, paired with a delicious Horchata, it’s always a beautiful and yummy experience. Any family member or friends who visits usually gets La Rancherita experience. Don’t forget to praise the Cook who makes it all happen.
